FOODBi All Natural Kithul Syrup is made from the sap extracted from the inflorescence of the Kithul palm. The sweet sap is extracted from “Caryota Urens” of the Kithul palms grown in Sri Lanka. The pure sap is boiled down to a sweet thick dark brown syrup with a very subtle caramel flavour.
Foodbi Kithul syrup is low in Glycaemic index, free from added artificial sweeteners, with no additives and preservatives.
Kithul syrup is a healthy alternative to refined syrups and sweeteners. The product is rich in Inositol, minerals, potassium, magnesium, vitamins A & C.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
